Hi! My name is Rene Rosa Rodrigo, your herbalist currently regulated in practice by the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) in the UK. I’m a graduate of Western Herbal Medicine in the UK, as well as Integrative Holistic Nutrition from IIN in New York State. With 7 years of experience in my practice, and clients healing worldwide, I am excited to meet you!

What can you expect from your booking?

Today you are booking a 30 to 45-minute zoom consultation so I can get to know you and your expectations for recovery and health maintenance using herbs. I will provide you with a herbal plan which spans 1-3 months, combining the use of herbs with other health and lifestyle recommendations. Any herbs recommended can come directly from our apothecary, or you may source from your favorite shops and brands. After the initial consultation we will keep in contact through Viber, WhatsApp or email.

What can an herbalist do for you?

• Help you identify how to take herbal supplements, which herbs can be taken together safely, and for how long you can safely take certain herbs
• Cross-check herbal supplements you may be taking for contraindications to certain drugs, autoimmune diseases, and other health concerns
• Provide a herbal plan for acute illnesses like cough, colds, fever and the likes
• Provide you a herbal plan for maintenance of auto-immune diseases and long-term illnesses

As your herbalist and nutritional consultant, I can also:

• Help you achieve your health goals through nutritional planning supplemented with herbs if you choose
• Help you maintain optimal health through herbal and diet plans
• Give you a better understanding of how your body works, and what it needs and doesn't need from your current lifestyle

Solo Consultation

PHP1800 / $36 USD

Includes herbal plan and recommendations spanning 1-3 months. Including immediate care for acute illness.

Herbal Plan + Nutritional Plan

PHP3000 / $60

This includes both an herbal plan as well as a nutritional plan for those looking to address all aspects of their health by creating a new regime for themselves. You'll receive herbal and nutritional plans spanning 1-3 months depending on what you need. Some clients use their plans for life!

Family Consultation

PHP3500 / $70 USD

Good for 2-4 persons including children. Includes herbal plan and recommendations spanning 1-3 months. Including immediate care for acute illnesses.
