Lavender, or Lavandula, is a cooling and anti-inflammatory herb great for sleep support, painful periods, and general inflammation in the body.
How to use: May be used as a tea on its own, be careful to only use very little as lavender can be bitter. May also be used when bathing to soothe skin inflammation.
